I have placed order for samsung galaxy j7 sm-j700f (Gold) wide order no 601583 dated[protected].

I have received mail from big2sale ( attached).

There is mismatch in communication.

1) 1st line it is stating " your order has been received and will be delivered within next 5-7 working days.".
2) under "order details" the "order status" is appearing as " failed".
3) amount has been deducted from my account

Please confirm the status of the order and when it will be delivered to me.
