My Bigbasket account has been deactivated since a month now. I contacted customer care regarding same, they asked me to write an email. I then first wrote email to [protected]@bigbasket.com on 5th December 2022, asking them to either reactivate my account or to refund the money that was in my bigbasket wallet to its original source.
After a week, when I did not get a proper response, I sent an email again on 17th December 2022. They still haven't told be about the further process for reactivation or about the refund.
If the issue was make on my part, I would like to know about it and apologize for the same. But please either reactivate my account or refund back my money.
