Dear Sir/Madam Good evening On behalf of patient, Mr. Indralingam admitted on 29/04/2014 in CCU, who then transferred to Room No: 1436 I am attender Name: Niroshan Mobile no: [protected] I have admitted the patient in Shenoy Nagar Billroth Hospital on 29/04/2014 in CCU. At that time they told it will cost Rs. 15000 for Angio graphy test.Then I paid the money and on 30th, we moved to single A/C room. At that time, Mr. Godson Livish Mathew of admission dept, told me to it will cost Rs. 2750 for one day room charge including nursing fees. But today, when I paid the bill, it came as Rs.22500 for Angio and Rs.10, 250 for lab fees.Even bill desk manager not responding properly. Please refund my money, so that I can have good relationship with the hospital in future. Even in past, I am regular customer of the hospital.I have done two piles surgeries in this hospital in past for the same patient. At that time you all behaved well. I don't know what happened to your hospital members this time Even I'm planned to do surgery for the patient here worth Rs.2, 50, 000. Please take action on the admission staff and refund money in favour of me. otherwise, this is the last in your hospital and I am going to take this to court. Thank you.
