Dear sir/madam,
I want to inform you that o had a medical insurance with bajaj allianz, but when i applied for the cashless system, they denied it. They said that your mother is having a disease before taking your policy but my mother had no disease before. The doctor also wrote clarification on the letterhead, but they still denied. After denning the bajaj allianz, i had also complained yo irdai but i got the same reason from the irdai. Please find the attached related documents for your reference.
