[Resolved] Biovea India — Refund of the cancelled products

My order NO. 19056540 ordered on 26th april was cancelled on 28th april, I was told that my card was not charged by the company people, but when I told them that my card was charged, I was told that the amount would be refunded very soon, but the amount was not refunded, now these people are giving different excuses and false promises, but they are not refunding my money. Biovea is a fraud company bcoz I ordered aveeno baby wash and aveeno baby cream they charged delivery charges 199 for standard delivery.i payed 1895 including standard delivery charges.i ordered these products on Nov 18 th Today I received the product but the delivery boy told me that u have to pay 300 extra .what I have to do whether I have to pay money or not
