Birla Institute Of Technology — haven't got degree and now demanding money

Hi, i have completed my b. Sc animation and multimedia from bits jaipur. We have to mail or send some form to get the degree from bits, mesra... I have done both methods to get my degree but they haven't send the degree.. Now i called them and they are saying to give 1500₹ panelty... Kindly help... Why should i pay this panelty... Birla Institute of Technology customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 08, 2017 Updated by Hitesh Singhani I have completed my Degree in 2014.. Even no response from them... Please help
