Birla Institute Of Technology — Violation of right to information

I would like to raise a complaint against Birla Institute of Management & Futuristic Studies, as i ask the course details and other details they just say a big No and I was surprised because I was looking an opportunity in the institute to study. She behaved in very rude and disconnected the call there off. Theses kind of persons are employees in a reputed company!!! Feeling ashamed and understood the situation of the company.
