On 4th Sep 2023 night, i placed an order for flowers. i selected same day delivery as they mentioned that they will deliver on same day but till now not deliver . i ordered for my wife's birthday and time is passed away but order not delivered. they are not receiving call and not replying in email as well.

i want fulll refund

Same case with me . I ordered on 27th Aug Rakhi to my brother in US> till now - after 15 days not yet delivered, nor there is a CANCELLATION Button to cancel the order
