I ordered cake and flowers on the occasion of Mother's Day on 14th May, 7:30pm. At the time I placed the order from BloomsVilla because it showed that they will deliver the order by 9:00pm. I waited for 2 hours for them to deliver the order since it showed on their site that the order was with the delivery partner, I tried to contact them several times on their chat services, which says "We reply immediately" but I got no response. The next day, I tried to contact them again on their number (They were busy, so they could not even keep me on hold) and their chat (which again after numerous texts, I just received one text asking me what my problem is). FInally, today on 16th May, they updated their website that my order was delivered, whereas I did not receive anything.
Either deliver my order by tonight, 16th May or refund me my money, I am a student and 1000 bucks is a lot for me. Was this information helpful? |
