non- delivery of a package

BLUE DART - UNABLE TO DELIVER - VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR.

AWB no : [protected] sent on 21st June from Faridabad, not delivered in Bangalore till 27th June.

Called blue dart regarding the status and the reply is improper address, i provided the address and telephone no at 3 pm , but blue dart refused to deliver saying they do not have staff.

To my horror when i enquire the status of the shipment i found...

Delivery date was 14Jun. I confirmed this by calling three times on 14th Jun. Customer care said that they will diliver on 14Jun only. but I haven't received it on 14th Jun.

I was expecting a courier from Blue Dart (WayBill no : [protected]) today(6th June 2011) and the website itself said that it was to be delivered by today. I had also recieved a response to my mail from Blue Dart at 11:30 AM in the morning which stated that the packet was already out for delivery.

I did not recieve the packet today and the people at the helpdesk do not have any status updates whatsoever....

Courier Delivery

I had booked a courier with BlueDart on May 20, 2011 because it was urgent and wanted on time delivery. Bluedart charges almost 5times more than any other courier service for 24hr delivery. Courier was booked from Bangalore to Srinagar. Courier never got delivered till date. Refusing delivery and use of Abusive language

On May 24th 2011, I received a certificate through courier. Unfortunately the certification board sent it through Blue Dart, I don't know why they choose Blue Dart.

I received a call from Blue Dart executive on 4PM. He told me to rush to the Blue Dart office and collect the courier as soon as possible. I had to cut short my office hours to collect the certificate.

BAD SERVICES OF BLUE DART
