[Resolved] Blue Dart Express — False accusation , not able to delivery

On 27 August arround 11.51 am I got message by Blue dart that product is out of delivery even by checking the product through tracking, I saw status which was out of delivery but later around 18.00 pm there was another status which was consignee address incorrect, which is totally false assumption they didn't even called me how can they say that address is wrong or incorrect even if it is incorrect why blue dart took the parcel from seller at begging?later on 28 August I called them to ask about delivery they said 28 August parcel will be delivered.I still didn't got the parcel. Delivery boy didn't even called me to ask about address.In my parcel I have live plants if they keep delaying then my plants will die and as I prepaid I will not get any refund so I am asking for refund from Bluedart.
