Boats — Didn't received my boats bassheads 220

I've raised a complaint against my delivery by boats it shows the product is at whhandover. It's been so while almost more than months i didn't received still anything xpressbee isn't responding nor boats customer care. My ticket no is 1086397. Plzz help me
