I had purchased two tickets using bookmyshow online facility using CITI bank credit card on 26/09/2009 for the movie "What's Your Rashee" for the location Big Cinema's-Kalyani Nagar Pune. I booked for a theater show on Bookmyshow.com and paid via online payment system. The money got deducted from my account but the tickets never came. Despite repeated calls and emails and sending of bank statements they refuse to even acknowledge.
