Dear Sir/Madam :
I had Lodged service complaint on 4.2.2023, with Service Request No. [protected], with a follow up compliant no : [protected]. Issue Not resolved.
Sequence of Events :
1. Compliant registered on 4.2.2023, with Service Request No. [protected]
2. Technician Mr. Nithin with Mobile no. [protected] visited & confirmed that there is Rust developed, which is clearly Manufacturing defect, he gave me contact of his boss – Mr. Manoj with Mobile no. [protected], who in turn checked the condition & confirmed the Rust, manufacturing defect. He requested me to send mail with pics, Invoice, warranty & Extended warranty copies, which I did Immediately
3. I repeatedly followed up with him…. He went on postponing
4. After a week he never picked my call…
5. I called up call center contact no. [protected], & registered follow up compliant with follow up compliant no : [protected].
6. After above, I frequently contacted your call center, where they promised will call back in half an hour… 2 hrs, etc promises, but never called back.
7. on 20.2.2023, One Mr. Rai Yashas, Area Service manager of Bosh Contacted me & said he has processed for replacement, the stock will arrive within a week & replaced.
8. As I didnt get any response again contacted call center...who said only service team can help.
9. On 28.2.2023, I again contacted Mr. Yashas Rai - Area service manage who promised within 2 days he will replace..
10. After 2 days, Again I tried reaching Him till today, he does'nt pick my call or reply message.
11. I Again called your call center no. who expressed their helplesness saying only service team can tell... they can only escalate... which has already been done.
