Ordered a chicken salad from box 8 with tracking id h237gk at 9 pm and choose the option to deliver it in between 10.30 to 11 pm.in 2 hrs no communication from box 8 around 10.50 i tried to contact them. First in chat they told me product is out of stock. I hav ordered it at 9 pm and the order was confirmed bcz the product was in stock how can it be out of stock. I was starving at 11 pm called box and was lucky enough to contact them after 15 20 mins. Person at support told same with no intention to help asked to him to contact the store after holding for 5 mins he said he is not able to contact them. I asked him to call manager or any employee of store he refused. Asked him of any solution he refused. Asked him to give call to his senior or manager he refused. I told him i am goint to store by myself to check order and told him to remain on call he refused. At last he cut my call without any solution. Here i am writing this at 12 am starving and feeling cheated.in between got a call from box 8 and the cancelled my order. But a refund of my money can not compensate my hunger which i am facing right now. Waitimg for a positive response from your side and the last option for me after this is to go to consumer court.
