BPUT University — 2nd year grade sheet not issued

I am 2017 pass out student and I have not yet received my 2nd year grade sheet. My college has not received my grade sheet from BPUT yet, they tried folllwing up with the university but didn't get any response. Please let me know how to collect the grade sheet and what are the steps for that?
