With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that I was a student of regd no [protected] from[protected] in the ECE branch in The Techno School, Patrapada. I passed the B.tech exam in 2016 July and received the provisional certificate soon after. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive my certificate till now. I have contacted the college authority as well as the BPUT but would not find a satisfactory reply.
