BPUT University — Not receiving second year grade sheet

Address:Danara, Via- Dera, Talcher, Angul

I was a student of CET, Bhubaneswar (currently OUTR) of 2013-17 batch. I didn't receive my second year grade sheet till now inspite of submitting many applications in college. I tried to contact BPUT office, Rourkela but there were no responses. How can I get my second year grade sheet?
