Buffersales — Complaining about wrong product

I ordered an shoe from buffersales and i took deliver through delivery.com coruier on 28.6.2016 and that was a wrong product which i have recieved and the quality of the product is worst i like to retur the product but the website of buffersales.com is not opening and i have mailed to [protected]@gmail.com they gived one link i.e http://www.buffersales.com/page/refund-policy but this link also not opening customer care not responding and email also not responding now onwards Pls take this one as a serious issue take the legal action on buffersales Pls im requesting to refund my amount
