This is happening at Chennai Alandur Railway gate (Closed now - It was named locally as Nidhi School level crossing). The gate is completely not closed and opened for people to cross the tracks. The wall was broken by some illegal people and selling drugs in the night on the track side. It should be closed completely by the authority to restrict the illegal people to enter into track side and do illegal acts....

With increasing railway commuters the 1 st class coach for ladies which is in existence is quite insufficient for 2 reasons 1st 1st class passengers have increased and secondly this compartment is in connection with second class ladies compartment and as a result all second class commuters get into 1 st class compartment and block it. so much to that extent the 1 st class passengers are not able to enter it or have seats.

I was trying to add money to my R-wallet from 30.06.2024 morning but it was showing in the mobile app. In the evening I tried to add money through their website and payment gateway opened. Then after successful payment their error page appeared and I lost my money. The incompetent server took my hard-earned money. Please arrange a refund or addition to my R-wallet....

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the consistent delays and rescheduling of Train 12261 Duronto Express over the past week. The train has been rescheduled by approximately 9 hours daily, with a new departure time of 2:00 AM. Despite this rescheduling, the train has often not been ready to depart at the revised time.

I have filed TDR on 23/02/2024 for my journey dated 23/02/2024 from Amritsar to Jammu as the train was diverted and not touching boarding station for Train No- 19225. However even after expiry of more than 90 days, the refund has not been issued and the status of same is showing as Inspector verification pending since 08/05/2024. I want to ask that just because Indian Railway belongs to Govt of India doesn't mean that they will play with...

PNR no.[protected] name Rahul Selwaria boarded from Ujjain on 16th May 24. The train has got late by more than three hours and even TTE is also not in the train. Ticket is not checked in whole journey. The scheduled arrival at Chandigarh was 5 AM but till 8 AM it has not reached. I want a full refund for my journey....

I purchased two general tickets and requested seat reservations from the TTE. He requested 700 rupees, which we paid, and he issued a receipt. However, he failed to provide seats or assistance after accepting the payment. Additionally, he charged extra without explanation. I urge you to take action against the TTE and refund my money....

I am from Arakkonam,

we people need train from Chennai Central to jodhpur junction via, ARAKKONAM JUNCTION - AJJ No direct train are available on this route

There are so many peoples, on this route to travel and suffers a lot...

so we kindly request INDIAN RAILWAYS to take action regarding to this comments

I have booked Ticket having PNR No.[protected] for journey from BSL to PPTA on[protected] but the train rescheduled after 3 days i.e. train was late more than 12 hours but even after passing 4 months, till date I have not received the refund. I have incurred a huge amount for travelling by other way to attend the meeting at Patna. Please help me for receiving the refund.

Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

They will take charge Rs 20/- even for 1 minute, even they not provide receipt with charges.They provide receipt only with Bike number and not mentioned the amount which we paid for parking.
