Junction box installed in my home without my permission

Money debited but recharged not done

I have port my sim from jio to airtel. I am able to receive calls. but not able to do recharge. I tried to do by thanks app the money has been debited but recharge has not been done. this has happened 2 times. due to which I'm unable to make calls....

Facing Poor network

In month of july when plan rates were increased, I did a year pack of 2999 on my Airtel number [protected], since that day I've been facing network issues which is very poor. Also my family members are having an airtel sim too. Facing a problem on all sim of airtel.

If call connects, then I'm unable to talk properly inside room, I've to go outside for better connection.

Airtel wifi frequent disconnect

Airtel wifi is not working properly. Despite of of multiple complaints, they try to resolve only via online and cleverly they do no raise any ticket.

not sure how tele caller will resolve the issue remotely when the router or other hardware of very bad quality. I could get wifi within 10 feet from the router.

Internet issue not resolved addressed

I have been facing internet issues for the past 20 hrs. This is not for me but my entire surrounding area. My place is situated in Tirunelveli Dist, Nanguneri Tk, Thirukkurungudi and the postal code is 627115.

Internet issue occurred last evening around 3PM but not yet resolved even raised a complaint to 198 and the timeline is Sept 3rd. But they do not provide any compensation. I have paid for it already. They are not considering...

Misbehavior by AIRTEL engineer

My internet connection plan is of 40mbps which should give me a download and upload speed of atleast 5mbps according to knowledge provided to me by the AIRTEL call centre where I call the number being 121 from my landline number [protected]

The complaint was made yesterday and the complaint number is [protected].

The service engineer KRISHNA KUMAR PANDEY visited for the resolution of irregular AIRTEL internet...

Discontinue the airtel broadband connection

Unable to Access Hotstar Account with Airtel Subscription

My Hotstar account which is supposed to be covered under my current Airtel subscription plan. I currently subscribed to a plan that includes a complimentary Hotstar subscription. However, when I attempt to access Hotstar, it indicates that my subscription has expired. This is despite the fact that my Airtel plan, which explicitly includes the Hotstar subscription, is active and fully paid....

Mobile # [protected] is prepaid for one year pack Rs.2999 on 1st Mar 2024 and later number is transferred to my name on 13.08.24 and activated but the balance of Rs.2999 prepaid is not credited yet. As such mobile # couldn't be used so far.
On enquiry with service centre, there is no proper response and just informing me that they have sent an email but no reply
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
