I am a senior citizen, over 70 years old, and have a fixed deposit with the above company, which is now 7 years overdue, although they are current on interest. Bilcare refuses to redeem the deposit, claiming their cash flow is weak, although their latest balance sheet shows INR 4.52cr in ready cash. They have also filed false statements with the BSE claiming no complaints have been received from depositors in the last quarter....

I inherited a FD as above, maturing December 2015. Seven years later, Bilcare has still not redeemed the principal, which per the latest restructuring, matured July 1, 2022. They have been current on interest though.
Per latest news, they have INR 800cr in sales, and their yr-on-yr losses are now less.

I made a FD with bilcare in 2016 for 100000. I wanted to take out my FD money once matured . But After 2 yrs i was paid back only rs20000& forceably renewed rs80000 for another 2 yrs, till now the interest was not correctly paid & inspite of my repeated emails they just ignore to reply .now this FD also matured in october 2020 . Now i dont know whats their plan .its almost one & half yrs & no interest paid & no information abt my principal...

I have requested com. But no reply more than 5 years over than its maturity period. Kindly help I am 78 year old suffering from lungs problem. Severve Asthma, depends upon medical Oxygen. Bhanuprasad Patel Baroda...

I have not received fd maturity amount which was expected 3 yrs back. It was postponed till dec 2017, but so far there has been no communication from bilcare, no phone numbers are reachable. Company financial losses should not create issues to investors like me. Despite if several follow-ups nothing has come in hand yet. I want my money back. Its a huge amount and i just can't let it go this way......

My FD matured in[protected], I plan to send my fd to bilcare for maturity amount, but Chennai Integrated office they advice me no need to send now, hold the fd it will take time settle money. Anybody send...
