hi ..all beware about bob tech solutions .this is worst place to work. They will take your original certificates by talking like honey, after that they will make you cry. i already got experienced from bob tech solutions, don't know how to take certificate back . they will asked you to give original certificates (or) put sign on 75, 000 / - bond with out any reason . Hi Friends, BOB Tech Solutions company is the big fraud company . Don't go for any interviews in BOB Tech . They won't follow any rules and they don't know any thing like conducting interviews , they will change day by day (they don't know software policies ). one thing how they got ISO certificate . Please careful with this type of companies.

I too agree with the complaints...I worked as a recruiter in bob tech n the condition of recruiters were also pathetic...As like u candidates were suffering,we too were suffering to the maximum. While joining they gave us a very good impression and later on everything began changing...We were not paid upto the salary mentioned while joining. we were made to work like slaves even during weekends and around 10+ hrs work schedule daily.And what...
