Dear Sir,
I had an Intel Pentium 4 Processor which I had bought in Nov '2005 under three year warranty time & Now it is occuring problem and not working.
For this issue i had complained in INTEL on 16th Sept '2008 at [protected]@mailbox.cps.intel.com and got a quick response of email within 24 hrs.
And they had started there questionare support for resolving the problem but that...

hi i m bharath .i have purchace a mother board and processor on 20.4.2007 model no of my mother board is D945gccr and my porcesor is dual core 2.8 i donn no whether the problem is with the board or the other it gets heated up an shuts down imeediately ... plzzz say what the process to repair my mother board or exchange......

Replacement of motherboard
Dear Sir,
I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from Kolkata. With in two years of purchase, the motherboard was creating problem. Then I contacted INTEL(as it was within warranty period) and they replaced the motherboard for six times. But every times they sent either totally faulty or partially faulty motherboard. This is going for the last one and half years. For them only, I can not use my computer for the last one...
