I purchased a dinning table from Mobel furniture. The product has several scratches. Since I have made a complete payment I want to get the product changed and replaced as soon as possible....

All of their products are of low quality and to top it off, they got the worst customer service. Every item I bought was defective, specially a bed, which had to get repaired 4 times in just a span of 1 year. But it got damaged again. The CUSTOMER CARE was very callous while redressing the issue, and simply said that I have to pay to get the bed repaired everytime some damage creeps up. And that happens every 2, 3 months. So i will suggest...

I have booked a four door wardrobe from mobel furniture located at sreerampore west bengal.on 30 jan 16 ;date of delivery was 12 Feb 16 but till date ie on 08 Mar 16 item not supplied to me. Today i have spoken to their customer care manager and he has taken 7 more days as ususal . I think it is a forged company. I advise all to beware from this company.
