On April 15th, I placed an order for a printer on Flipkart with an expected delivery window of April 21st to 25th. Despite the product arriving at my location before the 21st, I repeatedly received notifications throughout the delivery window indicating that the item would be delivered, only to be disappointed at the end of each day when it wasn't.

Flipkart provides pay later option to its valuable customers not only on flipkart assured products but on all products. My query stands unresolved with false to no information provided by Flipkart and its App. The company's customer care is fooling around with its customers by offering them products at a cheaper rate with low quality products. Secondly, a customer is offered to use flipkart pay later option for its purchase. credit limit...

Flipkart delivery agent has blocked me, I have been calling him since morning, every time his number is busy.I just spoke to Flipkart customer care, they are not giving me any reply. And this is not happening only today, This has happened before also.

Every time his number gets busy it means he blocks me.

I recently bought Oppo enco buds 2 from flipkart. It was the right product, because they open the product in front of you at the time of the delivery. Lets talk about the problems:
1. There is supposed to be connectivity to an app to customize the touch features, but now the app has stopped compatability with this product which is fine, but they should mention it. False information
2. The audio quality is so bad, its so choppy and cant make out what is happening

I have mailed to flipkart customer care support regarding this on 17th April 2024, but they are not responding.

Delivery boy came to us for a product we ordered he said the price is ₹1030
we gave him ₹1100 we said him thrice to give the rest of money and he said he is giving at the same time we started checking the product and he ran with his bike without giving the rest of the money.

Order placed for brother DCP-B7535DW new item. But he has sent a used and damaged one. The original Printer box was converted with a Flipkart box. We took the delivery. When opened, the Original box was already unsealed, Drum Box and Cartridge were already unsealed. Later checked the Print Counts 6 pages had already been printed. I asked for return this item, thye are ready to take it back and asking me to contact Brother manufacturer. Flipkart also not supporting me. I recommend not to buy from this Vendor, or avoid Flipkart.

Flipkart in association with xonight ecommerce running a sham scheme to exchange old mobile for buying new mobile. They force you to pay remaining amount in advance and make product nonrefundable. On delivery their ekart delivery will reject old mobile on frivilous ground not given in advance on website thus trapping you in buying from that third class non ethical supplier. There are hundreds of complaint of this modus oprendi and flipkart...

I bought a feature phone from flipkart, they delivered n its not getting on. Now thy are saying its on no return policy go to warranty entre for micromax. But warranty is then no when i used nd its got not working, They delivered non functional phone, nd its not my response to go to warranty seller should provide replacement or refund. Its showing also in their policy to 7 days replacement.
