Hi I am trying to register for E-NPS via the NSDL website. I had completed all the registration formalities and the payment page the site got stuck. I am trying to get this completed since the 22/7/2022 but the payment page doesnt get loaded and then times out. please help me in getting this updated...

On Friday 1st April 2022, i tried to make a contribution of Rs 1000 into my NPS account through Razorpay gateway. The amount got deducted from my HDFC bank account, but the Razorpay showed an transaction failed and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 1000 at the earliest....

My acknowledgement id[protected]. I tried to complete my final payment got an error. Now, I am not able to open it again please re-configure my account again....

Hi Sir/Mam, I have created a NPS account thru online mode via https://enps.nsdl.com/. I generated the PRAN number but am unable to use the same for further login. Please respond with the next steps....

I have been using and depositing amounts in the eNPS scheme for last two years. i have older reciepts / statements as well.
now while i m trying to login, it says "PRAN not found in Database".

i am not able to register complaints as well without the PRAN acceptance....

I Have Opened a account in NPS, and contribute 50K, but while Login throught my PRAN it say PRAN NOT FOUND IN DATABASE.

Hi I am unable to complete online subscriber registration at eNPS since 30/12/20. Getting below error

Payment gateway failure. While trying to do the payment following error msg is coming for last 2 days "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

This error message is coming while trying to relogin and attempt to do the payment. I am not even able to see my form also.

Please help so that the payment can be done....

My acknowledgement number is 11080129 and the acknowledgement date is 15/02/2020.
When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after some time."
I am getting this message for the last 10 hours.
