They claimed to be from Bima lokpal and fraudulently sold me Reliance Nippon Policy. This company is doing fraud and people are reporting it, but I still don’t see any actions being taken?...

One of North India Finserve Pvt Ltd agent Mr. Atul Adhikari present me that I am from Government body of insurance council, we offering help to deceived people, he had gave me Misleading commitments and cheat me, He open my policy in Reliance nippon life insurance company and was said it is moneyback policy, I will get great returns after withdrawal of lock in period, presently I heard tremendous misfortune loss after surrendering the policy....

Dirty strategy for capturing policy holders.
Now This company has a new strategy to trap in reliance policy.

They will call you and said that they are from Bima Lokpal (They have no fear to use gov org name) and they will make you fool by showing losses in old policy and convince that to cancel the policy and enforce you to buy a policy in 24 hr.

I was sold guaranteed money back plan by north India finserve claiming its 3 years lock in period and on 4th year I get whole premium back with 45% returns that tunes upto 4.5 lakhs on my premium of 1 lakh every month . I have already paid 3 premium now reliance is saying I only get 30% of deposit premium and nothing else in 4th year .

I purchased a policy of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company from North India Finserve Pvt Ltd in June 2017. The company assured me that if I am to surrender my policy after 3 years, I'll be getting:
Special surrender value + Guaranteed loyalty addition + Guaranteed Surrender value + Surrender value

That added up to 235, 000 approx after 3 years of completion for a policy costing me 60000 every year.

Now...

This company namely north india finserve pvt ltd is a fraud company which is selling their policies by fooling people.. They make wrong commitments about the return you get from the policy.. I purchased a life insurance policy of reliance nippon life insurance and later i realised that they fooled me.. When i contacted reliance nippon regarding this, even they are not cooperating with me. They are cheating people with the consent of reliance...

I have a complaint regarding fake promises made such company while selling reliance nippon policy. I have read a compliant on this page and the same issues i am also facing.
Please support what action can we taken against the same
