The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Didn't get money after receiving successful refund status

Dear sir/madam
I got email by payU that my fees has been successfully refunded by IGNOU. But i didn't get my fee in my account yet. What's the Matter, why I didn't get the money yet after the status is showing successful.
How to track the refund?.
I added the screenshot also. Resolve this issue as soon as possible. It is humble request. As refund amount is 7000 and is a big amount for me....

Kindly provide us the refund status report for the cancelled tickets of PNR number ABPPUJ. I have already cancelled the ticket in Spicejet website as they had rescheduled our journey date. I have initiated ticket cancellation process in flipkart website also. Our booking id is FF[protected].

On 7th of march i had booked my railway ticket from IRCTC app having txn id [protected] but due to poor and slow response o[censored]r bank dat ticket was not booked. As IRCTC already refunded my money but i didnt get back dat money into my account having details
