Sir my reliance gsm no [protected] has been wrong deduction of balance rs 21 along service activated named anchalvideowsub on 18.07.2017 on 4.55 pm...sir it took around aprox one week and the complaint is still unresolved..it was a wrong balance deduction..i had called at customer care no [protected] within 24 hrs also ...bt it seems a technical prblm..executive support could not be placed at many times, so sir plz attention on this nd refund...

recently(approx 25 days ago) i port my bsnl gsm mobil no.[protected] to reliance gsm from our local reliance office una. i submitted my photo graph and identity proof and then after this my bsnl no. port into reliance gsm. But after one week my mobile no. was temporary out of service. in this connection i complaint local reliance office and he tell me to complaint this to companies TM Mr. Bhuvnesh Sharma on Mobile No.[protected]....

i have a complain that on my number i.e reliance GSM -[protected], from previous 3 month , the balance has been deducting in continioous manner after two to three days whenever I recharge my balance. And these has been deducted for services which are not activated by me. the people of reliance customer care activate the service themselve on my number without prior authorization of customer and in return they deduct the balance....

I have purchase new reliance GMS prepaid number [protected] on dated[protected] by giving full documents/ proof to the retailer but after[protected] its outgoing and incoming calls are bared. Hi, I had really great hope on reliance. But its out of my imagination to imagine its situation on GSM networking.

my place: Kanyana, Bantwal taluk, Dakshin Kannada district of Karnataka.

it has been started the service in GSM form last 4 months, still its not in a contion o[censored]sing it. I myself can recognise as what is the problem since im EC engineer.
