Try to deliver without proper seal of gas cylinder

I bring to your kind notice that i am customer of Bharat LPG gas and local agency name is Sunrise Gas Agency, S.C.F. 179, Sector-7, Chandigarh.Yesterday he send a delivery boy to deliver loose cylinder(without seal). When i ask them to weight the cylinder, he told that he have no weight machine.I also asked him to change the cylinder and give me proper sealed cylinder.Then he asked he have only one cylinder. delay in delivery of LPG gas

My consumer number is 11674 at Gas agency (Sunrise Gas Agency). I have booked LPG gas cylinder at the agency on date 12th oct (ref booking no 15), which is still not delivered. I have been regularly (almost daily) calling the agency and get to hear the same reply that the gas will be delivered on the same day.
