internet issue in not resolving from last 10 days

My internet is not working from the last 11 days, its been 10 days I am raising daily complaint on their customer support email id as well as mobile app. Just once their technician visited and told "there is cable and adapter problem, we need to change these both but when company will provide me this, I will come and change this". Tikona internet service has stopped since 3 days and none of their customer care numbers are attending the calls this is very frustrating

    Fraudulent Recovery and Harassment

    I was using Tikona's internet services since 2021 at 25/3, Netaji Subhash Road, Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal. However, in the month of July 2023, their services were suddenly stopped and even after raising several complaints it was not resolved.

    Tikona poor service

    I have raised the issue to Tikona company that there is lots of interruption while using internet and each and every 5 minutes internet gets disconnected so was complaining the same issue from many days but then too there was no improvement.     Providing Such a Poor Service

    Your TIKONA Service ID No 1126669959 & Billing Account Number 138387890

    I had advised TIKONA to disconnect my Broadband on 11.04.2022 by email but they did not deactivate my Account and a bill of Rs.1262.82 was generated and I was advise to pay the same.

    Thy have been sending legal letters since last one year and without any response to my emails.

    eventually I spoke to their Agent TANYA SHARMA on [protected] and she advised to close the entire legal emails and also confirmed a NOC...

    Frequent disconnection or wire issues

    Since inception always facing disconnection issues. And resolution ia always delayed and no proper permanent solution to frequent disconnection. No toll free representative available just log complaint and wait for engineering for 7 to 8 to restart my wifi.. out of one month half of the days connection is not working or disconnected.. if you people taking renewal on time with out any delays. Then why not for resolution. Refund my last renewal...

    Internet is not working from the last 5 to 6 days, to resolve these issues, I have placed multiple complaints through customer service helpline and app. Regrettably, despite numerous assurances that a technician would be dispatched to address the problems, I have not seen any representative from Tikona Network visit my premises till now. Just getting notification from tikona representative will resolve your issue in 24 hours but no one came...

    Tikona asking for charges which have not been used

    Hello,

    We have disconnected our tikona account, Tikona complaint number is 1-[protected].

    From 15th Oct 2022, we have not used our services, still Tikona is asking for bill payment. I did tell them for disconnection....

    Today i've received about 10-15 calls from some lawyer from delhi asking for money that i've to pay to tikona about i don't know what.This is clear harrasment as i've bot used tikona services for like 6months and i've asked them earlier to stop the services but they continued there renewal messages....

    TOKINA Broadband is Fraud and extract money with Fake Advocates

    Tikona is a worse service provider and along with K H Halai and Priya Aggarwal who claims they are Advocate - they send a threatening Letter to Clear Tikona Bills.

    I had 20+ emails about their poor performance, who day there are no networks with more than 10+ complaints and I had remanded many times to terminate the service but they kept on charging money instead of not using any service !!!

    Not disconnecting connection.

    I have requested disconnection from tikona services over legally binding document (email on 10 January 2023) which is not yet replied by them. I want to terminate the connection effective immediately and for saving the future harassment from tikona in name of "outstanding bills" which I read over internet, I want all details on email including the date of pickup of devices and service ending date. They are not respecting my right to terminate...

    Tikona Regarding tikona disconnection request not taken and not refunded my extra amount

    I had made a disconnection request for tikona since last 5 days due to service & support issues. but not taking response from tikona. So many times mail forwarded to [protected]@tikona.in but still pending. My bill is already paid till July 2023. Not refunding my extra amount.

    I m complaining about fraud calls from legalcolls about payment due and about court case
