Tvs Credit Company Complaints & Reviews

I already file a complaint 2 months back but My issue still not get resolved regarding annoying calls from TVS CREDIT COMPANY no matter what the time is . And they keep on calling again and again until i pick up . Some times its a automated call and sometimes its the person call regarding personal loan . I purchase tvs scooter jupiter finance and i pay installment in time through ecs but some problem this account of ecs close and i pay ecs in advance through net banking but they present the ecs on bank and rs400/- penality for the month of august 2017 and rs. 100.58 show in my account of delay payment of installment i pay installment in advance they harsement to customer and charge more amount.

Pb3044tw05110 due to some problem bank has closed my account where ecs present. And i call customer care of tvs they told pay installment in advance through online then the ecs is stop. From your account. But i pay installment for the month of august due on 07/08/2017 i pay installment on dated 28/07/2017 in advance....
