The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I ordered a rado black watch for women from them but instead they provided me a cheap copy of rolex watch for men. And when i requested them to do something about it they were not supportive at all, infact, they just ignore us like we are nothing. It is totally a fake company and people should beware from them....

Watchykart.com. -I have purchased used refurnished Omega Seamaster silver (Certified Refurbished) watch on 06 July. But today the order delivered to me was duplicate/ fake street side watch which is different from model that I purchased. There was no invoice along with the package nor any complete address missing on the package. Tried reaching their customer support on +91 [protected] but no response. I have emailed them. I need the seller...
