Today morning on 30th may 2019 at 11:06 am, ordered a cafe frappe from ccd express at chandigarh international airport (Gstno-03aflpk2339c1zw).
Firstly i was not provided any bill for my purchase and same was given only after i demanded one.
Instead of giving me cafe frappe, i was handed a cold choco which tasted horrible and was overpriced.
On calling customer care, one mr. Javed gave me a very lame excuse saying they don't entertain the complaint because it is a small franchisee.
If ccd themselves claim that they can't entertain customer complaints then why have a customer service department at all. Was this information helpful? |
