Respected sir/madam
I placed an online order dated 13 august 2019. The order value is Rs998/-.
I already submitted a complaint dated 10th sept 2019 regarding same issue.
At that time i got a call from ccd & nothing happend after that. My issue is still pending nobody is responding from ccd.
My ccd order number is CCD[protected].

Please help me out to solve this issue as the machine i purchased worth Rs6500/- is waste without these coffee capsules.

Received only one third of the order # CCD[protected]rs instead of 759rs).
The order has been fully paid online.
From Customer Care got answer that the order has been delivered.
It is the shame for so big company!
Avoid Coffee Day online shopping fraud my friends!
