We have recently purchased this geyser and it went faulty within one month. It is no longer working. When we called service center, no body is acknowledging the complaint. They don't even bother to rectify the issue. Its been more than two months since we raised the complaint, but still now they have not sent a technician to our home. Worst ever after sales service. They intentionally sell the product at lower price because any which ways they will not attend any service calls later. Customer care will say they don't have any spares available, so they can't repair. Then what is the meaning of warranty? Was this information helpful? |
