Dear Sir, I had seen your program regularly, It is very nice and reality oriented. I had taken 15 lac loan in Nov 2013 from Canfin with my wife name jointly, This is floating loan, Initially ROI was 9.75%, after 6 month it was increased to 9.95%. Now same Govt scheme name Gruhlaxmi( Earlier it was Rural scheme) having ROI is 8.85%, but CanFIn official not reducing ROI. Canfin Officials saying It is under NHB not under RBI, Hence will not reduce ROI, But My Home Loan is floating and they increased ROI without informin me. The bank has to think about this registration fee

They are cheating people by telling floating plan but levy fee for changing

I am a borrower of Canfin Homes for quite sometime and my track record of payment is extremely regular and I make regular advance payment also. Their rates are higher than market rates for existing customers. They donot reduce when market rate falls whereas they increase immediately when the market rates set to increase. I find no fairness in dealings with this organisation though they profess to be such. Their customer portal has not been working for many months. Many complaints to the organisation does not elicit any response.
