I have placed order for 2yr subscription of jsr magazine on 10th may and made a neft transaction of 2880 ruppes. I got acknowledgement by saying the order number is 12210. Now these guys are neither responsive over mail nor over call. Seems to be fraud one and the details what have put in their website are false. Is anyone can suggest how this problem will get solved. I am not sure how i will get my magazine or money back.
