[Resolved]  Chikara Shop — Product not delivered

I have been placed an order on dated 11.12.2022 but neither product delivered to me nor there have been option to track the order.

further I have tried to contact on no. given therein in the website but no. is not working.

To track more about the co. I have found CHIKARA SHOP IN C U S T O M E R Care H E L P L I N E NUMBER [protected]#[protected] ..

now another interesting story begun here.

They insisted me to call from the no. in which google pay is linked...

I sincerely been followed up the directions advised me to do...

call from the no. linked with google paysms dropped on whatsapp on same no. link received to download an app namely customer care.

now the person talked on above no.. immediately disconnect the call who were simultaneously on call.

tried to take control of the phone seems totally fraud.

Reason to believe fraud:
1. before doing all exercise I have asked give to confirm where the ordered has to delivered no reply found
2. no co. refund on google pay or other similar platforms... usually giving confirmation to refund in 1-7 working days.
