Cipla — Albuterol inhaler

I contacted Cipla pharma on July 22, 2021 that I had two defective albuterol inhalers which i took back to Walgreen’s pharmacy and I was advised to contact Cipla pharma. Cipla finally responded on 8/31/2021. I was then contacted by a Cipla agent via phone and she told me to take the two defect inhalers to Walgreens and they would replace them. I took them back to pharmacy and they told me I need a replacement authorization from Cipla faxed to[protected]. since that time, I have been getting the run around from Cipla. case# cippc21-1280. my phone #[protected].
