Cipla — for non responding

This is inform to you that i sent all the pf document to cipla pf department on 12 august 2017 and they received the document on 15 august 2017, after 1 month of sending document i am sending regular mail at [protected]@cipla.com, and calling to monika (Concern member of cipla pf department) on[protected], or[protected],,,, but they neither respond on mail nor on telephone.
Please do the needful.
And suggest me for what to do.

I m regular user of above inhaler from 10 yrs. Since then it was fine but from last 4-5 month there has been serious problem. The inhaler supposed to last for 200 puffs gets flat ( without pressure ) after 60-70 puffs and then unserviceable. Serious problem and gone costlier beside un-trusty about quality/ qty.
Kindly check the problem.
