Cipla — Non transfer of EPF from Cipla trust on transfer out

I had served in Cipla Ltd from the period 02 Jan 2018 to 31 Jan 2019. Since January 2019, I had been requesting their HR office (Mihorizon Team) to transfer my EPF amount from my CIPLA TRUST Account (No. MHBAN[protected] to my current EPFO Account (PBCHD[protected]. However, despite my several requests through emails, the needful has still not been done even after a lapse of over two years which is quite frustrating.

Though I had submitted the Form 13 (Transfer Out Application) and completed all formalities including linking o[censored]AN-KYC etc as required, I was informed by Mihorizon team that my 'Transfer out application has been rejected due to Online Error – ‘Aadhaar as per current UAN is empty’

In this connection, vide my email dated 22 Jun 2021, I had drawn their attention to the ‘Online Claim Status’ of my said account which clearly shows that Form-13 (Transfer Out) has been submitted on 12 Jan 2020 and ‘The claim (Claim id. MHBAN[protected] has been settled on 31 Jan 2020. Amount and service has been shown as transferred to PBCHD[protected]’.

Though the Claim Status has been shown as settled, surprisingly, the amount reflected is ‘Zero’. PF has therefore not been transferred (reference may please be made to the attachment).

Despite my numerous emails and reminders, the response of the Mihorizon Team in sympathetically dealing with the matter, providing assistance and resolving the issue has been extremely casual and utterly disappointing. It appears that they have no concern at all for their ex employees.

Kindly help to do the needful as I am feeling frustrated and harassed
