Cipla — Seroflo inhalers

I have been using this product since 1997 or 98, I have written few series of emails to company regarding its fault. But they are stick to its - fix up the responsibility policy, if every part is up to the mark then why the product is useful up to 70% only? I have provided them empty cartridges for fault finding also but they failed in diagnosis and every part of the product is perfect as per their investigation.
I have given them offer if they are so much sure about quality of the product then they should send me any batch sample (at my cost) which will last as specified by them (120 effective doses) but they have stopped communication.
I blamed them that they are not following ISO guidelines because they don't have my mobile number or data base where from they can contact me. I am not communicating with them first time. Their representatives had a talk with me many times then how they can delete data base of complainant if dispute not cleared?
