On 03.03.2020, i have paid rs.1260 on a/c of water/sewerage bill of municipal corporation jalandhar (Punjab) using the link citruseazypay. The payment was made through net banking of hdfc bank. The money rs.1260 was deducted from my bank account immediately but till today, it did not reflected in the municipal corporation’s receipt. The money deducted from my bank account has bearing narration [protected]/ citruseazypay. Pl look into the matter and do needful, otherwise refund the said amount.
