My honda amaze 3rd free servicing for 10, 000 kms was recently done in classic honda-faridabad. My honda service advisor - rakesh kumar, besides explaining the regular service maintenance that should cost not exceeding: rs1896.00 as per honda manual parameters, however did not initiate the service. He wanted to include additional anti-rust door treatment that i objected. I had clearly told him i was not interested in anti-rust treatment immediately & would give it a thought in the next servicing date. Mr rakesh had a clever plan, he did not accept my no & kept on pressing for the work citing its advantages. Despite so i disagreed, bcoz of the charges for rs2750.00. Rakesh then fooled me into believing him regarding service discount he was willing to offer for rs1050.00 in my bill if i was willing to accept the anti-rust treatment. He said he will take his senior agm - mr tushar debnath approval for discount for rs1050.00 if i availed honda service for ant-rust treatment for the charges for car ac mandatory maintenance & forcefully convinced me to give my agreement in the job card. There was no discount received, i was forcefully made to accept the bill for rs5079.00 without any discount that was promised. Mr tushar debnath also approved this misconduct of the staff & this amounted to mistrust & cheating customer.
