I had to go on a few business meetings last year in different countries, so bought a global voice and data sim card from clay telecom. The team helped me with a suitable package based on my requirements.
I have been using services from other companies in the past, but always faced issues while calling or using data services, so i thought to try clay telecom services and didn’t bother to go through the dialing instructions, as i thought it would be the same. I tried calling my colleagues when i reached my destination, but the call didn’t go through. I could not understand the issue and was not even carrying the document which had the instructions. I got in touch with my account manager from a cyber café and he shared the document with instructions over email after which i was able to use the services without any issues.
