We booked car from Jaipur to Karauli for Madhan Mohan ji darshan. (travelling time 3-4hrs), temple closes by 12, we arrived jaipur 17.12.2018 5.40 am from chennai and after darshan evening return to chennai. Already we booked and paid advance to the clear car rental. Inspite of our requests, the driver told as he would come only by 8.30am. We many times contacted the customer care till 8am and reminded the time of departing (7-7.15am, travelling time and evening our return via air to chennai. He rudely and adamantly told, "I cancelled your booking, driver will not come and I also refuse to pay your advance". He didn't care about anything what we said. After that, we couldnt make our Madhan Mohan ji darshan and as programmed evening we returned to chennai. Clear car rental made our entire trip and expenses just meaningless without mercy.
Please don't pay any advance, there are so many good travel agencies available. This is the first very bitter and hard experience to a frequent traveller - myself.
