I had booked a local taxi in delhi and paid the full advance. Next day morning just 30 mins before arrival the agent called me and said there are extra charges to be paid. I asked him to cancel the booking. After 30 / 40 minutes i got a call again saying that they will provide the car however, i have to pay extra. I said that is not agreeable principally as gurgaon and delhi is same. I again asked them to cancel the booking. After sometime they again called back saying that they have already provided the car at same price. I thought this is unethical as they were trying to extract more money specially when a person is outstation and in desperate to reach his meeting as he has to reach airport on time. I specifically told your agent three times that i am not interested in availing the booking on ground of ethics. Then the made me chase a person named krishna in their organisation for 4 months who kept on lying that he will issue a refund. His no. Is [protected]. But never called back.
