Cleartrip — Accidental double payment from ICICI not refunded by ClearTril | |||
Refer Complaint No 16373639 dated 16 Feb 2023 registered on ClearTrip customer helpline ([protected]) about flight ticket booking amount debited twice (Rs 23348/-) on 30 Jan 2023. On 30 Jan, I made a flight booking on ClearTrip website (Trip ID [protected]). By some error, the amount (Rs 23348/-) has got debited twice from my ICICI credit card account. Hence, the amount (Rs 23348/-) has been paid TWICE to ClearTrip. I was hoping they will realise this and refund the extra amount (Rs 23348/-) back into my credit card account. But it has not happened yet. I request ClearTrip to kindly refund the amount paid extra (Rs 23348/-) for my booking, and credit it back to my ICICI credit card account.
